Week tab: drag a footing, wall or pump task from the jobs panel onto a crew's day, drag a card to move it, or drag it back onto the panel to unschedule it. Inspections and concrete are not dragged: click one on a job, pick the date and time, and it shows on the Day tab and in the lists below. Day tab: the hour-by-hour plan for one day. Crew tab: who is on each crew. Click a card to set its time, note, crew and people. Click an address to open that job and add its workflow.

Send the day

When the schedule is final, pick the day and text each person their own tasks. This page cannot send a text itself. Each button opens your messaging app with the message filled in, and you press send there. A person is marked as texted when you tap their button, because the page cannot see whether you sent it.
